The pandemic is disrupting the education of low-income children more than others. Limited access to education will affect these children for the rest of their lives. Therefore, we are giving teachers and homeschooling parents FREE science education e-books for grades 1-12. They are aligned with the Next Generation Science Standards, easy to use, and don’t require specialized equipment.
With schools operating online and parents loosing their jobs, requests to Science Connected for free, digital science texts increased by 500% this year, and we are scrambling to fulfill all of these requests.
